Manage Your Profile
Keep your ePortal profile up to date so services can contact you and, where relevant, deliver documents to the right address.
What You Can Update
Common profile fields include:
- Contact email address (may require verification)
- Phone number (if supported)
- Mailing address for deliveries
- Profile photograph (required for some services)
- Place of birth and other basic identity details
Updating Your Contact Email
If you change your email address, you may be asked to verify it.
- See Email verification if you do not receive the verification code.
Profile Photo Tips
Some services (for example, Identity Cards) require a passport-style photo. If your upload is rejected:
- Use a clear, well-lit photo with a plain background.
- Ensure your face is fully visible and in focus.
Mailing Address for Delivery
If you apply for services that ship physical documents, make sure your address is current before you submit your application.
