Email Verification and Codes
The ePortal may send verification codes to confirm your email address during sign-in, account creation, password resets, or sensitive account changes.
When You Might Be Asked to Verify
- Creating a new account
- Signing in on a new device or browser
- Resetting your password
- Updating your contact email address
No Code Received
Try the steps below before requesting support:
- Wait a few minutes and request a new code (older codes may stop working once a new one is sent).
- Check your spam/junk folder and any email “quarantine” filters.
- Confirm you entered the email address correctly.
- If you use a work or school email address, ask your administrator to allow messages from Kaharagia services.
Code Expired or Not Working
- Request a new code and enter it promptly.
- Make sure you are entering the most recent code.
- Avoid using autofill if it is pasting spaces or an older value.
Still Stuck?
If verification repeatedly fails, use Contact support and include:
- The email address you are verifying
- The approximate time you requested the code
- Any error message shown
