Common Issues

Page not loading or displaying errors

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. See Troubleshooting for more steps.

Cannot sign in to my account

Check your email and password are correct. If locked out, use Account Recovery to reset your credentials.

Received a suspicious email claiming to be from the government

Do not click any links. Official emails come from @kaharagia.org domains only. See Security and Scam Awareness to learn how to report fraud.
