Account Recovery

If you cannot access your Kaharagia Identity account, try the options below. Steps and button names may vary slightly depending on the service you are using.

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the ePortal sign-in page.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Enter your registered email address and request a code.
  4. Follow the verification steps and set a new password.
Email problems?

If you cannot receive verification emails, see Email verification.

Account Locked

For security, accounts may be temporarily locked after repeated failed sign-in attempts.

  • Wait a short time and try again, or reset your password.
  • Ensure you are using the correct email address and password (check Caps Lock).

Lost Access to MFA

If you enabled MFA and no longer have your authenticator device:

  • Use your recovery codes if you saved them when setting up MFA.
  • If you do not have recovery codes, you may need to complete additional verification with support.

See Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for guidance.

No Longer Have Access to Your Email

If you cannot access the email address on your account, you may not be able to reset your password automatically.

Use Contact support and be ready to provide information that helps confirm your identity.

Think Your Account Was Compromised?

  • Reset your password immediately.
  • Enable MFA (or replace your MFA device if needed).
  • Review your profile details for unexpected changes.
