Common Questions

Who can create an ePortal account?

Anyone who needs to access Kaharagia's online services can create an account. You do not need to be a Kaharagian national to register for Kaharagia Identity.

Do I need multi-factor authentication?

MFA is strongly recommended and may be required for some services. It adds a second check (for example, an authenticator app) when you sign in.

Can I reuse another account or social login?

No. The ePortal uses Kaharagia Identity to protect your data. Use your Kaharagia Identity credentials for all government services.

How do I recover access if I forget my password?

Select Forgot password on the sign-in page, follow the email verification steps, and set a new password. If you have MFA enabled, you may be asked to confirm using your second factor.
