Track Your Application Status
You can track submitted applications in the ePortal, including requests for additional information and final decisions.
Where to Check Status
After signing in, look for your dashboard or My applications section to view:
- Draft applications
- Submitted applications
- Messages or requests for information
Common Status Meanings
Status names vary by service, but often include:
- Draft: Not submitted yet
- Submitted: Received by the service
- Under review: Being processed
- Action required: You need to provide more information or documents
- Approved / Completed: Decision issued
- Rejected: Not approved (service should explain why)
Responding to Requests
If a service requests more information:
- Respond as soon as you can to avoid delays.
- Upload requested documents through the ePortal (not by email unless instructed).
Notifications
The ePortal may email you about updates. Keep your email current:
