Payments and Receipts

Some services require a fee. The ePortal will show the amount and any applicable terms before you pay.

Paying for a Service

  • Only pay through the ePortal checkout flow.
  • The ePortal will display supported payment methods.
Avoid payment scams

Do not pay fees via unofficial links, messaging apps, or third parties claiming to “expedite” services.

Receipts

After payment, you may be able to view or download a receipt from your application or account area.

Payment Failed

  • Confirm your payment details and try again.
  • Try a different payment method if available.
  • If your bank blocks the payment, contact your bank and try again.

Charged, but the ePortal Did Not Update

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh.
  • Check for a receipt in your account.
  • If you were charged and cannot see your payment recorded, contact support with the date/time and any transaction reference.
