Applications in the ePortal

Use the ePortal to start applications, upload documents, pay fees (where applicable), and track progress.

Start an Application

  • Visit Services and choose the service you need.
  • Select the Start or Apply button to open the application in the ePortal.

Save Drafts and Return Later

If a service supports drafts:

  • Save your progress before leaving the page.
  • Return later by signing in and opening your application from your dashboard.

Editing vs Submitted Applications

  • Before submission: You can usually review and edit your answers.
  • After submission: Some services may prevent changes; you may need to contact support if you made a mistake.

Submit Your Application

Before you submit:

  • Review all details carefully (names, dates, addresses, and document uploads).
  • Confirm you have uploaded the correct documents.
  • Pay any required fee (if prompted).
