Requirements
- Pet microchip number that meets ISO standards
- Current rabies vaccination certificate
- Vet-completed health check within the timeframe required by your destination country
- Owner identification (national ID or passport)
How to apply
- Sign in to ePortal.
- Start the Pet Passport request under Travel Documents.
- Upload your pet's vaccination and microchip proof.
- Book a veterinary verification appointment if prompted.
- Pay the issuance fee and choose your collection method.
Processing time: 5-7 business days after documentation is verified.
Collecting your document
- Digital delivery: Downloadable PDF once approved.
- In-person collection: Pick up printed booklets from the Citizen Service Center or have them shipped to your address.
- Updates: Keep your pet's vaccinations current before each trip.
