Office of International Protocol

The Office of International Protocol coordinates all protocol matters relating to international relations, including diplomatic accreditation, privileges and immunities, and official visits.

Responsibilities​

  • Diplomatic accreditation and credentials
  • Administration of diplomatic privileges and immunities
  • Protocol for official visits by foreign dignitaries
  • Coordination with the diplomatic corps
  • Organisation of diplomatic events and receptions
  • Liaison with the Office of Royal Protocol and Ceremony
